Which Size Do You Need?
10–15 Yard
Best for: garage cleanouts, small bathroom remodels, yard debris, single-room flooring tear-out. Holds roughly 3–4 pickup loads. Fits in nearly any driveway. Typical NWA price: $300–$450.
20 Yard
Best for: whole-home decluttering, kitchen remodels, roofing jobs up to ~25 squares, deck removal. The most-ordered size because it covers the middle of nearly every project. Typical: $375–$525.
30–40 Yard
Best for: estate cleanouts, major renovations, new construction, commercial jobs. If you're debating between two sizes on a demo project, take the bigger one — a second haul costs more than one size up. Typical: $450–$625.
How Pricing Actually Works
A roll-off quote has four parts: haul fee (delivery + pickup), rental period (usually 7–10 days), included tonnage (commonly 1–3 tons), and per-ton overage (often $50–$75/ton past the allowance). A "cheap" $250 dumpster with 1 ton included becomes a $400 dumpster the moment you load wet carpet and old decking. We quote flat rates with tonnage spelled out, so the number you hear is the number you pay unless you dramatically overload.
What Can't Go In
Standard exclusions across NWA: tires, batteries, paint and liquids, refrigerants (fridges/AC units unless drained and tagged), and hazardous materials. Concrete, dirt, brick, and shingles are fine but belong in dedicated heavy-debris containers with different pricing — tell us up front and we'll quote it correctly.
