The most common — and most expensive — mistake in dumpster rental is ordering the wrong size. Here is how to get it right the first time.

Every rate includes delivery, pickup, disposal and a 7-day rental window.

A roll-off quote has four parts: the haul fee (delivery plus pickup), the rental period, the included tonnage, and the per-ton overage past that allowance. A “cheap” dumpster with a one-ton allowance becomes an expensive one the moment you load wet carpet and old decking. We quote a real number and talk about weight before you book, so the figure you hear is the figure you pay unless the load comes in far heavier than described. The cost guide breaks down each of those four parts.
Most operators in this market include 2 to 3 tons of disposal in the price, with overage past that running roughly $50–$75 a ton. We will state the tonnage included in your container before you book rather than after you load it — that figure is the single biggest reason two quotes for the same size differ.
Standard exclusions across Northwest Arkansas: tires, batteries, paint and liquids, refrigerant appliances such as fridges and AC units, and hazardous materials. Concrete, dirt, brick and shingles are all fine, but they belong in dedicated heavy-debris containers with different pricing — tell us up front and we will quote it correctly rather than discover it at the scale.
Tell us what you are tossing and we will tell you the size. It takes two minutes and saves you from paying for air or ordering twice. If you are weighing the two most common sizes, the 10 versus 20 yard comparison settles it with real numbers. Homeowner projects are covered on the residential page; job sites on construction and roofing.
Two minutes on the phone: size recommendation, one honest price, and a delivery day.
