Fayetteville and the Washington County towns around it — everywhere a roll-off truck can get to and back without a long haul. Same prices across the whole area.

Our service area is built around how far a roll-off truck can sensibly travel — Fayetteville at the centre, and the Washington County towns within a short drive of it. That is not a limitation we are apologising for; it is the reason we can offer same-week delivery and actually show up when we said we would.
If you are north of Springdale, in Rogers or Bentonville or elsewhere in Benton County, we would rather tell you straight: you will get better service and a better price from an operator based up there. A thirty-mile deadhead gets priced into somebody's quote, and it should not be yours.
Construction and demolition debris from this area is routed to the Eco-Vista Landfill on Arbor Acres Road in Springdale, ten miles from central Fayetteville. Short haul distance is a real cost input in roll-off pricing, and it is part of why the ranges on our sizes and pricing page hold across the whole service area rather than creeping up by town.
We deliver to all of these at the same prices. If you are just outside this list, call anyway — it is usually still a yes.
Wedged between Fayetteville and Springdale on the 71B corridor — about six minutes from central Fayetteville. Newer subdivisions with short driveways, so the 10–15 yard is usually the right call.
Seven miles west on Highway 62. Larger lots and a lot of outbuildings, so Farmington calls skew toward barn and shop clear-outs, fencing tear-outs and storm debris.
Six miles south on the 71 corridor. Small town, older housing, and the kind of single-room remodels a 10-yard handles comfortably.
Nine miles east toward the Boston Mountains. Larger properties with long driveways and good truck access — size is rarely the constraint here.
Twelve miles west, with a historic core and established housing. Full-house renovations and estate cleanouts are the common jobs.
Eleven miles south on 71. Older housing stock, plenty of remodels, and the occasional large property cleanout.
Northeast of Fayetteville on Highway 45. Rural lots with long approaches — mention the driveway when you call and we will plan placement.
Ten miles northwest, and home to the Eco-Vista Landfill on Arbor Acres Road. Tontitown has the shortest possible haul in the region.
Eight miles north, and the largest city in our service area at 91,267 residents. Established housing, steady remodel and rental-turnover work. Springdale dumpster rental →
Everywhere we serve sits in Washington County — Fayetteville, Springdale, Johnson, Farmington, Greenland, Elkins, Prairie Grove, Goshen, Tontitown and West Fork. Staying inside one county keeps disposal routing and documentation simple, which matters most on commercial and demolition loads where paperwork follows the county the waste came from.
We do not charge a different rate by town. The published ranges on the sizes and pricing page apply across the whole service area, and the cost guide explains the fine print that actually moves an invoice — included tonnage, rental period and prohibited items.
One room, 10–15 yard. A kitchen, a typical roof tear-off or a whole-house declutter, 20 yard. A full renovation or new construction, 30–40 yard. If the debris is concrete, tile, dirt or shingles, go a size smaller than the volume suggests — the 10 vs 20 yard comparison walks through the maths. For homeowner projects specifically, the residential page has more; for job sites, see construction and roofing.
Two minutes on the phone: size recommendation, one honest price, and a delivery day.
